Position Summary

Through our partnerships with public health agencies, healthcare organizations, and government stakeholders, we support programs that strengthen disease surveillance, public health preparedness, and traveler health initiatives.
The Public Health Specialist serves as a frontline representative supporting public health programs within airport environments. This role is passenger facing and will be directly responsible for communicating with passengers, collecting health-related information, and ensuring compliance with established public health protocols.
The ideal candidate has experience in patient-facing healthcare settings such as a Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician, Certified Nursing Assistant, Phlebotomist, EMT, or similar healthcare support role. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a passion for public health are essential to success in this position. This role serves as a key liaison between travelers and public health programs while helping support disease surveillance and health monitoring efforts.
Responsibilities
