Public Areas Attendant
The Public Area Attendant ensures the cleanliness and perfection of the guest areas of the resort.
- Keeps all public areas neat, vacuumed and dusted.
- Makes sure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators and doors are clean and mark-free.
- Removes all trash from areas.
- Periodically checks Lobby and employee Restrooms. Makes sure all surfaces are clean. Restocks all supplies including toilet paper, soap and hand towels.
- Responds to guest requests and inquiries while in the lobby.
- Possess ability to answer guest questions and direct them to the areas in which they desire
Preferred Qualifications
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Basic level of English is required.
- High attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to push, pull, lift up to 40lbs.
- Ability to kneel, crouch and reach.
- Walk up to 8 hours per shift.
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
