Public Area Attendant - Glass Cleaner (Vietnamese Local Only)

Public Area Attendant - Glass Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the establishment's common areas to ensure a welcoming environment for guests. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining public areas such as lobbies, corridors, lifts, stairwells, and toilets to the highest standards; performing regular quality checks to ensure areas meet cleanliness and safety standards; reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly; properly using and storing cleaning supplies and equipment according to health and safety guidelines; assisting with the upkeep of back-of-house areas as needed; responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner; collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience; participating in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge; and adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
• Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety procedures
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible approach to work, including willingness to work various shifts
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive and friendly attitude
• Commitment to delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming environment for guests
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established procedures
• Basic English language skills (both verbal and written)
