About the Role General Medicines public affairs lead focused on government relations, policy monitoring, and policy development to advance Sanofi’s vaccine branding and immunization agenda. The role requires close collaboration with government bodies, think tanks, academia, and cross-functional partners to shape policy and manage risk while ensuring compliance.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain positive relations with governmental organizations, think tanks, academic institutions and associations to enhance Sanofi vaccine branding and advance public affairs agenda.
• Monitor and follow up on national policies related to disease prevention and immunization strategy, formulate relevant policy advocacy strategies, and implement them.
• Seek and establish high-quality policy research platform to conduct preliminary research and lay the groundwork for promoting the introduction of relevant policies.
• Maintain effective cooperation and communication with cross-departments to provide assistance for the business objectives and strategies of the BU.
• In case of crisis, manage and mitigate risks through internal and external cross-departmental communication.
• Work within the policies, procedures and compliance as required by the Company.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in medicine, pharmacy, or public health; PhD or MD preferred.
• Minimum eight years of experience in public health policy and/or public affairs/government affairs in biomedical enterprises.
• Proven strong communication skills with governmental organizations, as well as strong policy analysis and project management experience.
• Certifications: Bachelor’s degree is a must; Ph.D. or M.D. is preferred.
• Fluency in English and ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
