About the Role PT Seasonal Fine Art Framer is responsible for fulfilling fine art framing needs for Specialist Departments in our LIC warehouse and gallery environments, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely exhibition and shipping readiness. What You'll Do
- Framing: matt cutting, archival hinging of photographs and works on paper, fitting artwork, Plexi and glass cutting
- Collaborate with Property Managers and Specialist Departments to assess framing needs; maintain framing studio and order supplies
- Ensure framing needs are met for exhibitions and shipping deadlines; assist in gallery installations and offsite locations
- Serve as liaison between Property Managers, Shipping, Property Control, Specialists, Department Administrator, Photo Studio and Cataloguers; track workflow in spreadsheets
- Order frames from vendors as needed and assist with coordination; maintain safe storage of objects in warehouse or gallery
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned; follow Phillips Art Handling Manual guidelines What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience implementing framing projects (photographs from vintage to contemporary; works on paper including drawings, printmaking, and editions)
- 5+ years of experience handling art safely and professionally
- Working knowledge of packing methods for a wide range of media; MS Office Suite/Outlook and Voxme preferred; Voxme software and AuctionTools preferred
- Excellent client-relations, presentation, verbal and written communication skills; strong time management and ability to work under pressure
- Education: Art Education required; Bachelor of Arts preferred; additional language skills desirable Nice to Have

- Hourly pay range: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
- Located primarily in LIC warehouse with occasional gallery work; weekend or evening work as required
