About the Role Michael Kors is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver an elevated customer experience, build lasting client relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, fashion-forward store environment at Waikele Premium Outlet. You will work as part of a collaborative team, multitask across responsibilities, and have opportunities for development and growth. What You'll Do

• Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience
• Perform operational tasks with excellence
• Achieve productivity goals through multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities
• Demonstrate flexibility and desire for individual growth in a fast-paced store environment
• Foster customer relationships by continually developing knowledge of current trends and styling techniques
• Brainstorm with management to create innovative ways in order to maximize personal sales results
• Drive Omni channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of relevant retail experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse clientele
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English is required
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States
• We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother's Day, etc. Nice to Have

• Compensation Range: $15.00 - $20.00 USD hourly
