About the Role Michael Kors is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate in North Bend, WA to help drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and support store operations in a fast-paced fashion environment.
What You'll Do
- Meet sales goals and maximize performance through elevated service
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and assist customers with merchandise decisions
- After a sale, coordinate shipping, alterations (where applicable), and special requests to ensure satisfaction
- Comply with all sales policies and procedures
- Build and maintain repeat clientele using a client book
- Keep selling floor neat, organized, and stocked; assist with inventory, shipping, receiving paperwork and stock areas
- Properly execute register functions and adhere to work schedule and attendance
- Participate in training and development as directed by store management
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve issues quickly
- Ability to meet sales goals and work in a fashion-forward environment
- Knowledge of fashion trends and product lines
- Experience with POS systems, inventory processes, shipping/receiving, and stockroom operations
