About the Role The PT Air Courier Messenger is an armed, on-site role responsible for escorting customer liability from aircraft side to customer locations and to/from Brink's facility while maintaining armed security. This position operates in an armed environment, enforcing rules to protect Brink's premises and property, the security of customer shipments, and safety of personnel. It also requires delivering outstanding customer service during liability handoffs.

What You'll Do

• Receive daily delivery routes and work with branch leadership on BGS and CIT paperwork and liability documentation prior to leaving the branch.
• Maintain a position on the tarmac to monitor shipments during transfer on and off the aircraft.
• Provide secure delivery of customer liability and ensure exceptional service during each transaction.
• Ensure liability is secured inside and outside the company vehicle.
• Assist the location Sort Operation in moving liability and secured valuables between facility and vehicles.
• Adhere to all DOT regulations and traffic guidelines.
• Enforce and report security or safety violations to the Supervisor of Operations or Operations Manager and address unusual or suspicious situations.
• Follow General Security Regulations and directives from management; cross-train and perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a courier or guard in a secured logistics environment or where valuable liability is stored and managed.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license; able to satisfy all applicable DOT requirements.
• A valid weapons permit or ability to obtain one; a valid guard card or ability to obtain one; ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible range of hours including holidays.
• Preferred: prior experience in freight forwarding/logistics in a secured armed environment; customer-facing experience; strong attention to detail; basic math skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base compensation between 16.69 and 20.39 USD hourly. The posting also lists an Hourly Rate of 24.00.
