- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related discipline (a postgraduate qualification is an advantage).
- Proven experience teaching A' Level/IB Psychology with a strong record of student success.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for teaching and mentoring young adults.
- Candidates should reside within the Lekki–Epe axis for proximity.
