Job Description The Department of Psychology at Hope College seeks applicants for an open-rank, tenure-track professor position beginning by Fall 2027. Primary teaching responsibilities would be in the area of cognitive psychology. Additional teaching responsibilities could include Introduction to Psychology, Introduction to Neuroscience, Research Methods courses, seminar courses within one’s area of psychology, or a course integrating diversity and equity issues. The standard teaching load is three courses per semester, typically with two preparations per semester. A research program involving undergraduates is an important component of this position.
