About the Role Provides comprehensive psychosocial care to patients in accordance with accepted standards of practice and established policies and procedures. Administers and interprets psychological tests used for diagnosing mental and personality disorders and for differentiating organic and functional cases of behavior disorders.
What You'll Do
- Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve questions or report suspected violations.
- Participates in the development and modification of the behavioral health program in accordance with the multidisciplinary treatment plan and daily priorities of patients and clinic needs.
- Serves in an advocacy role for patients in securing adequate community support systems.
- Provides Psychosocial Assessments related to the patient’s functioning needs, problems and strengths at the time of evaluation, gathering information on family dynamics, background history, current situation, and precipitating crises from patient/family or other sources.
- Serves as a liaison between the patient, family, or other sources to coordinate care.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology or Doctor of Psychology; Licensure/Certification: Psychologist license by the California Board of Psychology; Workplace Violence and Response Training Class completed during program orientation; 5150 Certification Training within three months of hire.
- Experience: Five years of mental health experience in individual, group, and family psychotherapy.
- Preferred: Experience in crisis intervention and clinical education for varying trainees in mental health.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $52.33 - $79.48 per hour (USD).
- Sign On Bonus Eligible.
- Full-time position with Day shift; 40 hours per week.
