We are seeking a psychiatrist to join our dynamic team in an inpatient setting. This position offers a unique 7 on/ 7 off schedule, allowing for a balanced work-life experience while providing critical psychiatric care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including medication management and therapy.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.
Requirements
- Board-certified/Board-eligible Psychiatrist with valid licensure.
- Ability to work a 7 on/ 7 off (on-site) schedule.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
