Job Description: We are seeking a psychiatrist to join our dynamic team in Roswell, NM. This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a combination of inpatient psychiatric care and clinic-based services, providing an opportunity to work across both settings while delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including medication management and therapy.
- Provide psychiatric care in both inpatient and clinic settings.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.
Requirements

Board-certified/Board-eligible Psychiatrist with valid licensure.

Ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule.

Comfortable providing care in both inpatient and clinic settings.
