Job title: PST - Making/Process Technician - Band BTA
About the Role The Material Handling position in Chemicals & Surfactants is responsible for the daily unloading of inbound raw materials and loading finished product shipments. This role requires flexibility to meet shipments at various times, ability to work in all-weather conditions, and strong attention to detail. A significant portion of the work involves managing paperwork and SAP transactions for inbound materials and outbound shipments. Schedule is a 7-day rotating cycle, and overtime may be required on short notice.
What You'll Do
- Unload inbound raw materials and load outbound finished product shipments
- Physically hook up trucks or rail cars and transfer materials
- Manage paperwork and SAP transactions for inbound/outbound materials
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness of documentation under varying schedules
- Be flexible to meet business needs and work overtime on short notice
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Entry Level New Hire Position
- Willingness to work a 7-day rotating schedule and possibly overtime on short notice
- Ability to operate in all weather conditions and maintain attention to detail
- Comfortable handling logistics tasks and basic SAP transaction tasks
Nice to Have
- SAP experience or familiarity with SAP transactions
