Job Summary

We seek a PSE buyer who will be responsible for supplier management for base/preferred suppliers. Request For Quotation (RFQ), negotiation, contract mgmt. Analysis of suppliers, competition, benchmark, spend etc. Responsible for supplier management in line with strategy, process and KPIs for assigned suppliers.

What you will do As our PSE buyer will do:

• Create and execute category strategies for Japan and Korea
• Identify suppliers, drive sourcing and contacting based on business need in line with supplier management strategies
• Drive compliance to category strategy, supplier base plan, supplier management processes, contracts and best practices
• Participate in target setting, follow-up and corrective actions
• Ensure correct usage of relevant tools
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and act as a proactive business partner
• Share good practices and facilitate networking onsite

We believe you have 5+ years of proven experience in collaborating with suppliers in Japan through construction or engineering activities, or in supporting such activities from a procurement standpoint Native level Japanese and Business level English proficiency
