Job Summary

The Audiology Technician supports the daily operations of the audiology clinic by managing hearing aid repairs and shipments, assisting with patient communication and troubleshooting, maintaining clinic supplies, and providing general support to audiologists. This position offers hands-on experience in audiology clinic operations and hearing healthcare services. Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming hearing aid shipments, accessories, and repair cases, including documentation and processing.

  • Answer clinic phone calls and assist with patient communication and scheduling inquiries.

  • Provide basic hearing aid troubleshooting and support under audiologist supervision.

  • Maintain clinic inventory and ensure supplies, materials, and equipment are adequately stocked.

  • Support audiologists with clinical, administrative, and operational tasks to promote efficient clinic workflow.
