About the Role The Project Coordinator supports the project management function across disciplines by reviewing proposals and ensuring compliance with contract language. The role coordinates agreements and contracts with internal and external partners, and provides technical support in scheduling, earned value management, budgeting, and change of scope analysis. This position is partially funded by grants and reports progress to project managers and leadership. What You'll Do
- Review project proposals and ensure adherence to contract language
- Coordinate agreements and contracts with internal and external partners
- Issue and track project amendment documentation
- Provide technical support including project scheduling, earned value management, budget review/cost analysis, and change of scope impact analysis
- Communicate issues, problems, or information to project managers and stakeholders and recommend solutions
- Monitor and evaluate project timeline and activity; report progress to project managers and leadership
- Support development and implementation of programs and day-to-day project activities
- Collaborate with multiple project partners; work both independently and as part of a team
- Prioritize competing deadlines
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of software What We're Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in a related area is preferred
- Six years related experience or equivalent (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience)

- Salary range: $35,000-$40,000 or hourly equivalent
