About the Role Als Prozess- und Applikationsmanager (m/w/d) Logistiksysteme sind Sie verantwortlich für den stabilen, sicheren und performanten Betrieb der Logistiksysteme sowie für das Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management auf 2nd-/3rd-Level-Support. Zudem planen und führen Sie Releases, Patches und Upgrades durch, überwachen Verfügbarkeit, Performance und Datenqualität und steuern das Benutzer-, Rollen- und Berechtigungsmanagement. Sie übersetzen Business-Anforderungen in technische Konzepte, steuern Customizing, Konfiguration und Erweiterungen und planen Tests (System-, Integrations- und Abnahmetests).
