About the Role The Proximity Marketing Representative supports Renewal by Andersen's Neighborhood Marketing Program in the Hudson Valley/Middletown area. This entry-level role focuses on local marketing efforts to drive growth and works within a team that promotes from within.
What You'll Do
- Participate in local neighborhood marketing initiatives to drive growth for Renewal by Andersen of Eastern NY.
- Collaborate with team members, learn marketing strategies, and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
- Engage with customers, promote the program, and handle rejection professionally.
- Be able to stand/walk for long periods and contribute to on-site activities.
- Attend paid training and pursue opportunities for advancement within the organization.

- Good communication skills and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work well within a team structure.
- Ability to deal effectively with rejection.

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay with uncapped bonuses; paid every Friday.
