About the Role Renewal by Andersen of Eastern NY is expanding and seeking motivated marketers for our Neighborhood Marketing Program. This part-time role focuses on growing our local presence in the Capital District and helping customers understand Renewal by Andersen's solutions. No previous experience required; training is provided.
What You'll Do
- Promote Renewal by Andersen products and services in local neighborhoods
- Engage with customers, communicate clearly, and work toward personal and team goals
- Handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive, proactive attitude
- Collaborate within a team and support a fun, growth-oriented culture
- Participate in paid training and apply what you learn on the job
- Be able to stand or walk for long periods as needed
