Job title: Proximity Marketing Agent
About the Role As a Proximity Marketing Agent, you’ll be a vital member of our creative marketing team, helping to introduce homeowners to our products and services by going door to door in targeted marketing areas. You are the face of our company and help create memorable first impressions for every homeowner you greet.
What You'll Do
- Generate high-quality leads while engaging in door-to-door campaigning in assigned territories
- Learn and confidently deliver a pre-qualifying lead presentation to prospective homeowners
- Achieve daily and weekly goals while representing the company professionally and positively
- Provide daily reports on leads and appointments, and attend team meetings
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 18yrs of Age
- At least 1-2yrs of Customer Service Experience
- Previous Door-to-Door Sales, Appointment Setting, or Retail Experience is a Plus
- Reliable Transportation for Commuting to Various Locations in the Area
- Availability to Work Flexible Schedule – Including Weekends if Needed
- Ability to learn and then utilize selling techniques
- Comfortable walking throughout neighborhoods
- Interpersonal communication, social intelligence, charismatic personality, and people skills
- Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Previous Door-to-Door Sales, Appointment Setting, or Retail Experience is a Plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Income (On Average): $25/hr - $40/hr (Base + Weekly Performance Bonus!) (Paid Weekly!)
