About the Role
Join our creative marketing team as a Proximity Marketing Agent. You’ll engage door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to our products and services, representing Renewal by Andersen with professionalism and a positive first impression. This role offers real growth potential and a rewarding team environment.
What You'll Do
- Generate high-quality leads while engaging in door-to-door campaigning in assigned territories
- Learn and confidently deliver a pre-qualifying lead presentation to prospective homeowners
- Achieve daily and weekly goals while representing the company professionally and positively
- Provide daily reports on leads and appointments, and attend team meetings
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 18 years of age
- At least 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience
- Previous Door-to-Door Sales, Appointment Setting, or Retail Experience is a Plus
- Reliable Transportation for Commuting to Various Locations in the Area
- Availability to Work Flexible Schedule – Including Weekends if Needed
- Ability to learn and then utilize selling techniques
- Comfortable walking throughout neighborhoods
- Interpersonal communication, social intelligence, charismatic personality, and people skills
- Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Nice to Have
- Previous Door-to-Door Sales, Appointment Setting, or Retail Experience is a Plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $25/hr - $40/hr (Base + Weekly Performance Bonus!) (Paid Weekly!)
