About the Role As a Proximity Marketing Agent with Renewal by Andersen in Jacksonville, you’ll be a vital member of our creative marketing team, helping homeowners learn about our premium window and door replacement products by canvassing targeted neighborhoods. You are the face of the company, delivering memorable first impressions and generating high-quality leads.
What You'll Do
- Generate high-quality leads through door-to-door canvassing in assigned territories
- Learn and confidently deliver a pre-qualifying lead presentation to prospective homeowners
- Achieve daily and weekly goals while representing the company professionally
- Provide daily reports on leads and appointments, and attend team meetings
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; minimum 18 years of age
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Previous door-to-door sales, appointment setting, or retail experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation for commuting to various locations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed
- Ability to learn and apply selling techniques; comfortable walking in neighborhoods
- Strong interpersonal communication, social intelligence, charismatic personality, and people skills
- Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check; valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $25-$40 per hour (base + weekly performance bonus); paid weekly
