Job Description The Provost is the Chief Academic, Administrative and Accounting Officer of the College and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Institution. Successful candidate will provide strategic leadership towards achieving the vision and mission of the College.
Requirements
- Must have a first Degree from a duly accredited Institution plus a Master's Degree and Doctorate Degree in any of the following disciplines: Community Health, Pharmacy, Radiography, Dental Sciences, Health Information Management, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Environmental Health Sciences and Nutrition & Dietetics.
- The candidate must be a Lecturer with not less than eighteen years cognate experience (five years experience as Chief Lecturer).
- Must be an indigene of Katsina State not exceeding 55 years of age.
- Must be duly registered with the relevant regulatory body.
- Tenure and Conditions of Service: The appointment shall be for a period of four years and renewable for a second term of another four years based on satisfactory performance.
- The remuneration and conditions of service are as applicable to the position of Provost in similar Institutions in the State.
