About the Role Role involves providing technical support for all testing facilities at the Emmaboda production site and supporting pump testing activities. You will plan and conduct customer visits, document and follow up testing statistics, deliver internal training, procure testing equipment, and develop internal governance documents; you will also be the system owner for the testing software and report to the Site Quality Manager.
What You'll Do
- Plan and conduct customer visits and document/follow up statistics on pump testing.
- Deliver internal training on testing topics for internal departments.
- Purchase testing equipment and manage procurement.
- Develop relevant internal governance documents for testing activities.
- Be the system owner for our pump testing software.
- Be part of the Quality department as the third Testing Specialist, reporting to the Site Quality Manager.
What We're Looking For
- A completed education in technology at university or college level.
- Previous experience in quality, testing and/or testing in a manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written.
- A strong technical interest.
- Ability to manage multiple processes in parallel and perform both outward-facing and administrative tasks with a service-oriented and pedagogical approach when interacting with customers.
