About the Role The Department of Home Affairs is offering Administration Clerk entry-level positions for individuals interested in administrative support within the public sector. Position Title: Provisioning Administration Clerk. Location: Head Office, Tshwane. This role focuses on provisioning and logistics administration to support procurement and operational needs. What You'll Do
- Process orders on LOGIS and manual orders, and verify ICN numbers, quotations and supporting documents to ensure correct supplier placement.
- Process transactions in line with standard operating procedures, procurement policy and legislative requirements.
- Ensure requisitions comply with procurement regulations and delegations of authority; link specifications clearly to the correct ICN number.
- Manage records/files and documentation per DHA and Treasury requirements; ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions.
- Provide administrative support to the unit; review and validate all supporting documentation (requisitions, quotes, approvals) before capturing LOGIS orders.
- Authorize LOGIS orders and procurement advice; verify quotations prior to order placement to ensure accuracy; render logistical services. What We're Looking For
- An undergraduate qualification at NQF 5 or higher.
- Knowledge of the Constitution, Treasury Regulations, internal performance evaluation and reporting, good governance and Batho Pele principles.
- Knowledge of Diversity Management, Labour and Employment legislation, Public Service Regulations, Government systems and structures, and Performance Management and Monitoring.

- Salary: R228 321 - R268 950 per annum (Level 05).
