Provider (Telehealth)

About the Role As a Provider (Telehealth) for Fast Pace Health via HiringCafe, you will deliver high-quality health care within Fast Pace Health’s scope, in both clinic and telehealth settings, and lead clinic staff to ensure exceptional patient service. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, comply with HIPAA, and collaborate with clinical leadership to uphold our core values. What You'll Do

• Provide quality care in clinic and telehealth while meeting patient volume goals.
• Lead clinic staff (X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, Front Office Specialists) to deliver excellent patient care.
• Perform SCRIBE responsibilities, review medical history, symptoms, allergies, and medications; ask situation-specific questions to form accurate diagnoses.
• Engage with clinical leadership to ensure patient care and resolution of concerns; ensure accurate and timely charting; implement Telehealth protocols.
• Analyze patient histories and diagnostic information to develop diagnoses; provide inpatient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations with patient-centric focus.
• Ensure compliance with regulations (HIPAA, federal/state laws) and company policies; pursue efficient telehealth queues and timely follow-up.
• Order, perform, interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on ongoing care; follow clinical practice guidelines.
• Attend mandatory monthly meetings with supervising physicians and E/M training; adhere to NP protocols; complete mandatory compliance training.
• Welcome new employees, support training, and maintain a positive, confidential work environment; communicate effectively within the team.
• Maintain knowledge of job-specific physical, cognitive, and environmental demands and company standards. What We're Looking For
• Experience or interest in telehealth Clinician work; ability to work in clinic and telehealth; strong patient focus and communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment; lead and collaborate with clinical staff.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, health information management, and compliance requirements; ability to adhere to company core values (teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, friendliness).
• Willingness to participate in trainings, meetings, and ongoing professional development. Nice to Have
