Provider Enrollment Clerk

About the Role Provider Enrollment Clerks support provider enrollment, maintenance, and renewal activities for the Florida Medicaid program. They review and process Medicaid provider enrollment applications, renewals, and maintenance requests in accordance with Florida Medicaid guidelines, ACA, and other federal requirements. The role emphasizes adherence to written policies and strong research, communication, and organizational skills. What You'll Do

• Review and process Medicaid provider enrollment applications, renewals, and maintenance requests according to Florida Medicaid guidelines, ACA, and federal requirements.
• Follow written policies, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and government/healthcare guidelines.
• Demonstrate self-motivation with good time management and organizational skills.
• Conduct extensive independent research as needed.
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal form. What We're Looking For
• 2-4+ years of working experience in healthcare, enrollment, credentialing, or related fields.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to follow written policies and guidelines.
• Healthcare environment or credentialing experience desired.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid onsite/remote setting. Nice to Have
• Healthcare environment or credentialing experience (optional).
• Experience with Medicaid enrollment processes (optional). Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $32,700 - $46,700 per year.
