Job title: Prototype Readiness Leader
About the Role Based in Bascharage, Luxembourg, BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is seeking a dynamic Prototype Readiness Leader for a 6-month fixed-term contract at the Luxembourg Technical Center. You will own the end-to-end readiness and execution of automotive electronic prototype builds from concept through customer shipment and serve as the key coordination point across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics, and Program Management to ensure activities are safe, on time, and aligned with customer and program expectations.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end prototype launch execution from concept through customer delivery.
- Act as the single point of contact for prototype launch readiness and performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Program Management) aligned with prototype launch timing.
- Lead and support the Prototype Build Operations Team, drive build preparation and execution, actively manage risks and issues, and communicate build status and readiness to internal stakeholders and customers throughout the prototype lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- Experience delivering end-to-end readiness and execution of automotive electronic prototype builds.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics, and Program Management to meet prototype timing and customer expectations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management to report build status and readiness to internal teams and customers.
