Job Description

Key activities :

•Manages his team composed of different services (RPM/APM, RNCP/ACP, method, CMO)

•Monitors the advancement of different key steps in the realizations of the means

•Works jointly with Family managers to realize the planning to respect the projects milestones

•Works jointly with suppliers to detect drifts in planned delivery

•Answers the project urgent requests

•Consolidates the budget, monitors its consumption

Prototype Planning:

•Negotiating the implementation schedule for resources in alignment with the expertise of the development and/or industrial Plants.

•Managing the creation of resources, ensuring negotiated delivery dates are reflected in the operational planning tools.

•Ensuring the regular update of planning and tracking tools.

•Leading the resolution of timeline discrepancies between client needs and MTCC expertise.

Reporting & Follow up:

•Minutes of meetings : Agreements ; planning up-dates ; …

•Reporting to the prototype customer(s) and to the hierarchical and operational supervisors from the perimeter.

Qualifications

• Profile : Master's degree

• Experience : 3 to 5 years

• Skills:

• Planning management

• Reporting

• Coordination between multidisciplinary team

• Prototype cost management

• Microsoft Office (Excel - BI)

• Very good level of French and English

• Negotiation

• Good posture

• Good stress management

• Proactivity

• Automotive experience + Stellantis is a Plus
