Property Manager
We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, maintain good tenant relations, and ensure properties are safe, well-maintained, and financially managed in Gwarimpa, Abuja.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the properties.
- Manage tenant relations and address issues promptly.
- Ensure maintenance and repairs are performed timely.
- Develop and manage property budgets.
- Conduct regular property inspections and assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in property management or similar roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
