Property Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee daily property operations and resident relations.
- Manage leasing, renewals, occupancy, and rent collection.
- Coordinate maintenance, inspections, vendors, and repairs.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and property financial reports.
- Resolve resident concerns and maintain accurate property records.
Property Manager Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of property management experience.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
- Property management software experience; Rent Manager preferred.
- Knowledge of leasing, collections, and financial reporting.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
