MONTHLY STIPEND Kes 20,000
RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in Rent/service charge collection.

Assist in coordinating service providers & maintenance

Help resolve tenant inquiries under mentorship

Attending to tenants’ issues.

Contribute to letting vacant spaces with our agency team

Draft property reports with guidance from the supervisor

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
-
Possession of a degree in real estate.
-
Experience in managing a commercial property is an added advantage.

Self-driven.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A proven ability to build strong client relationships.

Team player.
-
Commercially focused (has a good understanding of the business environment and the impact their behavior has on the reputation and financial performance of the company).
