Job title: Property Maintenance Technician
About the Role The Property Maintenance Technician will maintain apartment complexes in the Concord, NH area, performing repairs and routine maintenance to keep building systems up and running. This is a full-time, direct-hire position supporting property operations and tenant satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems
- Handle customer service tickets in a timely and efficient manner
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, and ensure everything is in proper working order
- Order supplies
- Oversee contractors
- Assist with snow removal, landscaping, cleaning, painting, and other tasks as assigned
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar environment
- Knowledge of general carpentry and repair
- Ability to read and interpret building blueprints and equipment manuals
- Ability to work well independently
- Experience using manual and power tools
- Valid driver's license
Compensation & Benefits
- Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm, with some overtime, plus one week of on-call duty every three to four months on a rotation.
