Property Cleaning Supervisor
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and meticulous female candidate to supervise cleaning personnel and maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards across our serviced apartments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise cleaning personnel and ensure assigned duties are completed to the required standard.
- Inspect serviced apartments and properties to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and excellent presentation.
- Identify cleaning deficiencies and ensure prompt corrective action.
- Maintain consistent housekeeping standards across all properties.
- Monitor staff performance and enforce established cleaning procedures.
- Take initiative in resolving presentation and housekeeping issues.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a reputable serviced apartment, boutique hotel, or similar hospitality establishment.
- Must be 30 years old and above
- Experience working within Lekki Phase 1 or its immediate environs is strongly preferred.
- Strong supervisory skills and the ability to manage cleaning personnel firmly and professionally.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Good personal presentation, sound judgement, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently, identify problems, and take corrective action.
- Demonstrates discipline, accountability, and urgency.
- Lives within approximately 45 minutes or one bus commute of Lekki Phase 1.
