Job Description
Chubb is seeking a Property Claims Specialist to deliver exceptional claims service across our Property and Masterpiece portfolios. This market-facing role is central to the premium experience we provide to customers and brokers, combining technical claims expertise with a polished, professional approach. Masterpiece is Chubb’s prestige home and contents insurance offering for clients with significant assets who value a highly personalised level of cover and service. In this role, you will help shape that experience by delivering prompt, thoughtful, and trusted claims support. You will play an important part in strengthening Chubb’s market proposition through strong relationships, sound judgment, and a commitment to service excellence
What you will do:
- Manage residential and commercial property claims from assessment through to resolution
- Act as a Chubb representative when visiting customers to gather information necessary for the claims process
- Provide prompt, professional contact with customers and brokers
- Make informed evaluations of damage and quantum
- Build strong relationships with service providers and stakeholders
- Support Masterpiece market activity and claims presentations
- Travel domestically when required, including during catastrophe events
Who you are:
- Previous experience in property claims assessment or loss adjusting
- Exemplary customer service and communication skills
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with a range of stakeholders such as high-net-worth clients, brokers, and tradespeople
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and accuracy
