About the Role The Lockton Southeast Series Property Team is seeking an Account Executive responsible for all marketing and service needs for a designated book of Lockton clients with significant Property risk, reporting to the Property Practice Lead. This independent role operates within Lockton Property Practice policies and relies on data-driven analysis, advice, loss control, and claims support to deliver exceptional client service.
What You'll Do
- Complete exposure and coverage reviews for client books
- Create renewal proposals and provide recommendations for program improvements
- Consult with clients to determine if an insurance program should be marketed
- Lead client renewal strategy meetings and negotiate terms with underwriters
- Present renewal proposals and provide actionable client recommendations
