Job title: Property acquisition officer - Investment & Residential

About the Role

Property acquisition officer for investment and residential objects, responsible for locating and collecting data on acquired properties, visiting properties according to approved plan, and updating data based on on-site changes.

What You'll Do

• Find and gather data on acquired properties.

• Conduct site visits to acquired properties per approved plan and update records reflecting on-ground changes.

• Create daily and weekly reports on property visits.

• Contact owners, investors, contractors, and building managers to negotiate connection of the object to Telekom Srbija's network.

• Participate in and finalize business-technical cooperation contracts with investors or building owners for infrastructure construction and service sales.

• Actively monitor market and competitor activities to improve efficiency.

• Track and record activities in internal systems, including: verify whether assigned object is already entered; determine if the assigned object is new construction and define the status; verify acquisition of assigned object and forward information to accelerate realization through the ALL IP project.

• What We're Looking For

• High school diploma

• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, customer-oriented

• Category B driving license, active driver

• Good knowledge of the city of application
