About the Role
Als Projektleiter Facility Management tragen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für anspruchsvolle Bau- und Gebäudetechnikprojekte auf dem Werksgelände und firmeneigenen Mietobjekten. Sie arbeiten an der Planung, Umsetzung und dem Betrieb technischer Anlagen und entwickeln sich perspektivisch Richtung Technical Management weiter. What You'll Do
- Projektverantwortung von Planung bis Abrechnung: ganzheitliche Planung, Beauftragung, Steuerung und Bauleitung von Bau- und Gebäudetechnikprojekten sowie Dienstleistungs-, Umbau- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen; Integration von Heizung, Lüftung, Klima, Elektro und MSR; Sicherstellung der Integration in bestehende Strukturen.
- Qualität, Budget und Zeit sichern durch fundierte Vergaben sowie aktive Projektsteuerung und professionelles Management von Abweichungen, Mängeln und Änderungen.
