About the Role The role focuses on leading and coordinating FCAS-related activities within the Luftwaffensysteme product area, working closely with the product area leader, product and marketing managers, and the Strategic Sales and New Technologies teams to drive FCAS concepts and customer engagement. What You'll Do
- Lead/coordinate all coordination, acquisition and project activities around FCAS in close collaboration with the product area leader, product and marketing managers, and the Strategic Sales and New Technologies teams.
- Support concept development for FCAS products and present them to national and international customers.
- Conduct market analyses and develop strategies to market products, improvements and developments within FCAS.
- Assess sales potentials with related sales departments and representatives in target countries; responsible for ongoing expansion and maintenance of customer relationships.
- Collaborate with national and international cooperation partners and provide technical input to contract preparation. What We're Looking For
- An engineering or natural sciences degree.
- Military background, especially as former officer/stabsoffizier in der Bundeswehr, is advantageous.
- Experience in project management, ideally in the military aviation environment.
