About this role

Job title: Projektkaufmann / Controller (m/w/d)

About the Role Based in Vienna, the Projektkaufmann / Controller (m/w/d) in Hydropower Controlling will drive the commercial management of complex international projects from bid/offer to project completion, including qualification, analysis and commenting on tender documents, negotiating commercial terms, and steering all commercial project processes.

What You'll Do

  • Commercial project management of complex international projects from bid/offer phase to project completion, including prequalification, analysis and commenting on tender documents, negotiation of commercial contract terms, and management of all commercial project processes.
  • Commercial project execution including invoicing, payment security, cash flow management, claim and change order management, risk management, and coordination of shipping and logistics.
  • Commercial handling of not too complex smaller and medium projects.
  • Controlling for the Automation area.

What We're Looking For

  • Completed degree (FH/Uni or similar).
  • Several years of relevant professional experience (plant construction, automation, international business, or similar); advantageous.
  • SAP and MS Office knowledge.
  • Very good German and English language skills (spoken and written).
  • Travel willingness (10%).
  • Independent, precise and responsible action and work.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Teamwork.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in plant construction/automation/international business is advantageous.

  • Minimum gross salary per collective agreement: €3,888.53 per month, with market-competitive pay depending on qualifications and experience.
