About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Project Team Leader to join the Australian Human Rights Commission's Age Discrimination team. This role will lead project activities, coordinate delivery, and contribute to advancing human rights programs.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage project activities and the project team to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate with stakeholders across internal teams and external partners
- Monitor progress, risks, and issues, and report on project performance
- Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement of the team's initiatives

- Proven experience leading project teams and delivering complex initiatives
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Interest or experience in human rights, equality, or anti-discrimination work
