Job title: Project Supply Analyst - Procurement, Sourcing & Contracting

About the Role We are seeking a Project Supply Analyst - Procurement, Sourcing & Contracting with hands-on experience in Tactical Purchasing to join our procurement team. The role focuses on end-to-end purchasing for prototype parts and materials, working with cross-functional teams in a global, fast-paced environment. You will be based in Budaörs, Hungary and partner with Development and Technology teams to enable timely procurement and value creation.

What You'll Do

• Support the Development and Technology Team in low and medium complexity procurement activities.
• Manage procurement activities with PR referencing technical services components in their assortment.
• Manage Purchase Orders based on business needs in line with supplier management strategies; follow up PO confirmations.
• Expedite and follow up shipments based on business needs; follow up Goods receipt not invoiced and invoiced but not received activities.
• Manage the VIM (vendor invoice management) workflow for invoice clearing.
• Run sourcing events in Ariba and consolidate quotations from suppliers involved in the tender process.
• Drive compliance to category strategy, supplier base plan, supplier management processes, contracts and best practices.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships; act as a proactive business partner.
• Support continuous improvements of procedures and tools (standardization, simplification, and automation).

What We're Looking For

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Economics, Technologies, or Engineering.
• Proven ability to act swiftly in time-sensitive situations; experience handling a large volume of cases.
• Fluency in English; ability to drive change; communicative and open-minded attitude.
• Approx. 1-3 years of experience in supplier base management and/or sourcing & contracting and/or purchase-to-invoice activities and process flow.
• Strong influencing and business partnering skills; proven data management and analytical skills; advanced Excel knowledge is an advantage.
• Ariba knowledge is considered as a plus; SSC and Manufacturing background is considered as an advantage.
• Ability to make recommendations regarding operational changes to the continuous production flow; desire for continuous personal development; proactive with a can-do attitude and global mindset focused on simplification, standardization, and automation.
• Ability to work both individually and as a team player.

Nice to Have

• Ariba knowledge is a plus; SSC and Manufacturing background is an advantage.
