We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Project Superintendent

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Contract: 3-years renewable contract
Duties
-
Leading and managing the on-site construction team i.e. foremen, sub-foremen, artisans.

Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and quality standards.

Apportion work among staff according to their specialized training.

Coordinate new construction and major remodelling which involves scheduling, meetings, and reviewing of project documents (e.g. contracts, specifications, blueprints) as necessary.

Monitor and report on the work progress.

Keep track of material stock and orders with the supply chain unit.

Create labour and material schedules to guide the project are within the budget.

Motivates subordinates and others to top performance.

Maintain project files for work scopes, drawings logs, sketches, photographs, and all correspondences.

Ensures early and timely delivery of renovated buildings in the residences for take-over by Housing unit.

Assist to develop the F.M.S project online database, work order request (WOR) systems for ease of the work.

Ensuring a good customer relations.

Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisors

Qualification
-
HND/B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in construction project supervision, site management, or project execution is required.
