About the Role Deloitte's Finance Transformation team helps chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas. This Project - Senior Consultant role focuses on strategy, growth, and transformation initiatives for clients, spanning strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we transform finance.
What You'll Do
- Supporting strategy, growth, and transformation initiatives through research, analysis, and structured problem solving
- Developing client-ready deliverables, including presentations, workplans, status updates, and analysis summaries
- Coordinating project activities, tracking milestones, and maintaining documentation for workstreams and deliverables
- Gathering, organizing, and analyzing business, operational, and program data to support recommendations and decisions
- Collaborating with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support implementation activities and project objectives
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active Top Secret security clearance; must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- 4+ years of experience applying DoD accounting practices/policies and reporting expectations
- 3+ years of experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and developing functional specifications
- 3+ years of experience conducting system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), or end-user training
- 3+ years of experience with ERP functional issues and supporting end-users
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
- Must be willing to work on site in Rosslyn, VA 100% of the time
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $107,700 - $179,500 per year (Virginia)
- Discretionary annual incentive program eligibility
- Benefits package commensurate with project-delivery professionals
