Job title: Project Senior Consultant
About the Role Join Deloitte's Strategy & Transactions GPS practice to guide clients through critical moments and transformational initiatives, with a focus on configuring and implementing PMIS for construction project management. You will work with clients throughout the lifecycle of major projects to deliver practical, high-quality solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead the configuration and implementation of Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) with a strong emphasis on construction project management.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design PMIS solutions, delivering end-to-end deployment and ongoing support.
- Manage projects or workstreams, build professional relationships, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, PMIS implementation, and requirements collection/management.
- Ability to travel up to 0-10% on average, based on client needs.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team; strong written and verbal communication; meticulous attention to detail; professional demeanor; ability to lead projects/workstreams; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Kahua's construction management platform.
- Experience with Agile methods and tools, construction project management, and SQL.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $88,800 - $162,800 USD per year.
- Eligible for discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules and individual/organizational performance.
