Job title: Project Scheduler
About the Role The Project Scheduler will provide scheduling services for projects across construction, design/build, and architecture and engineering initiatives. They will understand all aspects of the design and construction processes to develop and review schedules and integrated master schedules, and will support the development of project management plans with detailed schedules and recommendations. They will document schedule variances and perform time impact and critical path analyses, track changes affecting the schedule, and provide input on potential cost impacts.
What You'll Do
- Provide scheduling services for projects including construction, design/build, and architecture and engineering initiatives.
- Understand all aspects of design and construction processes to develop and review schedules and integrated master schedules.
- Develop and review project management plans and provide detailed schedules, recommendations, and documentation of schedule variances.
- Perform time impact analysis, critical path analysis, track changes that affect the schedule, and provide input on cost impact associated with schedule issues.
