Project Scheduler, ANS Health & Public Service - Airports

About the Role Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is hiring a Project Scheduler to review contractor baseline schedules for large CIP projects, perform QA/QC on submittals, analyze schedule impacts, and support schedule-related decision-making across programs. What You'll Do

• Review contractor baseline schedule submissions to verify work scopes are identified and logically sequenced; provide detailed written comments to align with objectives and contractual requirements.
• Perform QA/QC on contractor schedule submittals, including critical path, cost loading, schedule content, recovery schedules, logic relationships, lags, constraints, and milestones for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct time impact analyses for changes affecting the construction schedule; participate in negotiations to resolve delay time settlements and mitigate schedule impacts.
• Conduct regular analyses to ensure projects stay on track and meet time and budget requirements; provide reports and KPIs to identify issues, corrective actions, or opportunities to advance the schedule.
• Read contract drawings to determine whether work is in or out of scope; interpret contract terms to assess the merit of compensable or non‑compensable time extensions.
• Communicate with the project team regarding schedule or progress-related issues during regular schedule meetings.
• Prepare reports as needed and as directed by the Program Management Team.
• Visit construction sites, attend meetings, and review the contractor’s monthly progress as needed. What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience creating, updating, and maintaining program schedules using Oracle Primavera P6 for public agency CIP projects.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with Oracle Primavera P6, some Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint.
• Experience organizing, implementing, and maintaining multiple projects/program schedules in scheduling management system (P6).
• Proven ability to interact with project teams to define scope of work and develop/update detailed schedules and identify variances from original plan.
• Effective collaboration skills with project teams to develop and maintain periodic status reports.
• Experience with CMAR, Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build is a plus. Nice to Have
• Experience with alternative project delivery methods such as CMAR, Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build is a plus. Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year. Compensation varies by location, role, skill set, and experience.
