Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new project opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Prepare and deliver project proposals, quotations, and technical submittals in coordination with the design and technical team.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure product installation meets specifications.
• Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth project execution and material delivery.
• Maintain updated records of ongoing projects, leads, and sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by management.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
• Participate in exhibitions, presentations, and client meetings to promote the company's portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing.

• 3-5 years of experience in project sales within the building materials industry (sanitaryware, lighting, or kitchen appliances is essential).

• Mandatory Abu Dhabi project sales experience.

• Strong network with contractors, consultants, architects, and developers in the UAE.

• Self-motivated and target-driven, able to work under pressure.

• Valid UAE driving license.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
