Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Resource Lead to oversee the delivery of enterprise network infrastructure projects within a large and complex technology environment. This role combines technical leadership, project coordination, resource management, and network solution oversight to ensure successful project execution and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, delivery managers, and technical stakeholders to guide network initiatives from design through implementation while leading a team of network engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the delivery of enterprise network infrastructure projects.

• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to develop and deliver network solutions.

• Translate high-level network designs into scalable and deployable technical solutions.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to network engineering teams throughout project delivery.

• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and acceptance activities for new network deployments.

• Ensure network documentation, diagrams, and technical records are maintained and updated.

• Develop and review Bills of Materials (BOMs) to support infrastructure procurement activities.

• Manage network capacity planning, resource forecasting, and project delivery risks.

• Identify and implement risk mitigation strategies to support successful project outcomes.

• Foster collaboration across technical and business teams while mentoring engineering resources.

• Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise networking environments.

• Demonstrated experience leading network engineering or infrastructure delivery teams.

• Extensive experience designing and deploying enterprise network solutions.

• Expert-level knowledge of Cisco networking technologies.

• Cisco CCNP certification or equivalent experience strongly preferred.

• Proven experience supporting mission-critical, highly available 24x7 production environments.

• Strong understanding of network architecture, implementation methodologies, and operational best practices.

• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
